I was pumping gas the other day at one of the more desperate looking gas stations in town and glanced up at what could be considered the ugly cousin of my first apartment.
But this place? It brings back that sense of freedom and choice. I grew up pampered. I grew up oblivious to 'real need'. So I grapple now with the need for ADA housing, but a whole slew of 'wants' thrown in. Hopefully, I can keep that all in perspective...
