CHOCOLATE CHIP PUMPKIN BREAD
Mix dry ingredients together
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda (1 tsp. if you are in lower elevations)
Beat together the next 4 ingredients and mix in with the dry
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups canned pumpkin
- 1-1/2 cups canola oil
- 1-1/2 cups chocolate chips
Bake
6 small greased loaf pans at 350 for 45 minutes
2 large greased loaf pans at 350 for 1 hour
