Yesterday, some unknown person saw my/our struggle and gifted us with an anonymous UnBirthday Present, concealed in a white envelope and left at the church office. Have you ever gotten an anonymous gift?
Who would do this for us? Our church is exceedingly generous, but for me? I cried to say the least. People don't always relate to what it takes to walk our walk, but they DO want to help. Today our medical support team arrived anonymously.
Why did they not want me to know who they are? Of course anonymous means confidentiality. It is a very different level of giving than the kind that garners a tax break. True to the nature of anonymous, it assures there are no strings. It is a gift pure and simple and the intention is that it is impossible to do anything but accept.
We are grateful; we feel the care of this unknown benefactor. I have a plan for the money already, but Russ isn't quite ready to commit to it's path. I would like to hire a driver for appointments and trips Russ needs to do on days I am working. So for now, until we agree to that need, I will bank it, available when we are ready.
Thank you kind person for blessing us!
